It is our collective experience and personal journeys of supporting individuals and organisations with resilience, wellbeing and the process of change that has brought us together.
We all met at Deloitte. Val was the director for Employee Relations and Engagement, with both Paul and Manju heading up Talent and Development for different parts of the business. It was a tough, high performance environment where wellbeing and resilience were challenged and change was a constant for ourselves and our client groups. It was there where we all qualified as coaches and discovered our passion in helping others find their wellbeing.
Coach, Supervisor and Mentor
I developed an interest in wellbeing and resilience some years ago when I set up a wellbeing programme for a forward-thinking organisation. This ‘interest’ turned into a new career and way of thinking for me which has developed over the years.
I am a coach with a specialism for wellbeing – supporting individuals through transitions. I utilise my design knowledge and facilitation experience to deliver workshops and webinars specialising in understanding and building resilience.
I’ve had the advantage of working with some enlightening professionals and specialists who have shared their knowledge – I now try to do the same. I am practical, curious and like to find solutions, all of which shape my approach to coaching.
I am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD), a Senior Practitioner with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), and an accredited Supervisor with the Coaching Supervision Academy (CSA).
Performance Coach and Facilitator
I am passionate about working with individuals and teams to create the right conditions where they can achieve a healthy high performance, especially when navigating through change and uncertainty. My wellbeing journey started in Deloitte, where I designed and facilitated learning and development programmes to build leadership capability, improve personal resilience and adaptability and enhance wellbeing and engagement.
During this time, I qualified as a coach and completed my yoga teacher training, and this is where I found my passion in wellbeing and resilience. I now combine my experiences in talent development, yoga and mindfulness to bring an integrated approach to individual performance and achievement.
I bring an empathetic and pragmatic approach that creates an understanding of the environment to help clients act on the opportunities that cultivate positive change.
I am a Mental Health First Aider, Mental Fitness coach and an accredited practitioner with EMCC.
Talent Development, Coach and CBT Therapist
Change has been the theme of my career – from leading change in complex organisations, with groups and individuals as well as challenging myself to live by the learning every day philosophy.
As a coach I work with transition through change and job roles, building resilience to thrive to cope with complexity and challenge. Psychometric tools and profiles can be helpful conversation starters. When appropriate, I combine coaching, CBT (cognitive behaviour therapy) techniques to support clients ‘get out’ of unhelpful patterns such as: overload, anxiety, dealing with low self-confidence, depression, perfectionism, addictive behaviours to build a ‘take charge’ approach.
I have developed a ‘whole person’ results-focused approach to CBT therapy with a strong well-being foundation with a particular focus on anxiety and depression related issues. I work with a full range of clients from those in the corporate world to others experiencing more disruptive challenges. All of this has provided me with deep insight into the process of behavioural change. In addition, I have a sub-specialisation in addiction and recovery supporting high functioning clients implement change.
In addition, I am an accredited coach with the Association of Coaching, qualified in a range of psyhcometric tools and a qualified Mental Health First Aider.
